All our pieces are hand-crafted at our studio and requires 3-4 weeks for production time to fit you perfect.

If you have a specific date you need the piece by, please contact us to let us know.

We may request that you pay for upgraded shipping, and may be be able to accommodate all requests.

If an item shipped to you is defective or damaged, please let us know and return the item within 7 days.

If you require repair due to wear and tear, please contact us and we would be happy to repair for you.

Please note you are responsible for shipping costs for any repair.

For international purchases, duties and taxes depends on each country’s custom and may be charged.

Duties and taxes are based on the value of the order and are established by and paid directly to the destination country by the buyer.

The duties and taxes cannot be refunded by DōHEE STUDIO.
